Return and Refund Policy
- Replacement within 10 days of delivery can be claimed in case of damaged or missing products only.
- Kindly record an unboxing video to make any claims for damaged or missing products. Without the unboxing video, you cannot claim a replacement.
- Product should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, barcodes and invoice copy. If any product is returned without these essentials, the product shall not be accepted for exchange/return.
- Products under promotions/sale/discounts will not be accepted for exchange
- Home products (bedcover, bedsheet, quilt, and table linen) will not be exchanged or returned.
- Minor variations in surface texture, printing & dying are unique design characteristics and will not be considered flaws or manufacturing defects
- In case of exchange (other than damage & defects while receiving the parcel) logistics cost of return to be borne by the customer.
- Paper & Stationery product would not be exchanged or returned.
- Goods sold online will not be exchanged or returned on retail counters.
- We don’t have any Refund Policy. If you don’t find any product to exchange at that moment then we will raise you a credit note which can be redeemed within a year of your purchase.
